Teresa has over 25 years of experience managing mid-sized law firms in Toronto. Her career in the legal field began at age 22 as a law clerk, which ignited her passion for the corporate world. In 2016, Teresa co-founded Southren Group with Jane Southren, blending Jane’s coaching expertise with her operational acumen to create a company that empowers legal professionals. Today, Teresa focuses on ensuring that Southren Group runs smoothly, supporting the team to deliver exceptional service to clients.
Rooted in Family and Culture
Born and raised in Toronto as a first-generation Canadian with Polish roots, Teresa’s upbringing emphasized family, togetherness, and shared meals—values she holds close. She cherishes time spent at her family cottage, where the simple act of gathering around the table reinforces connections that span generations. This retreat from the busy pace of life not only honours her heritage but also strengthens the bonds that matter most.
